logic machine app ipad cannot be reached

Hello there,

I am in a new installation with an ipad where we have installed logic machine app.

The ipad connect to the logic machine thru web page perfect but if we try to connect with the LM App says ;

"Logic Machine cannot be reached, please check the network connection and that the credentials are correct"

With safari it works....with LM App no....why? what i am missing?

Do you use admin user or another user?

I'm saying this as I've seen somebody doing it already. The user field in a app by default shows a grey 'admin' inside. It doesn't mean it is written, this is just a tip, it still has to be written down.
