Vis problem

LM stops to work with cloud. The sync is ok but the mosaic don’t work from the cloud. The same problem with the Alexa.
Another problem is that I wait firmware to solve the problems with iPhone but the new firmewares stops at 12/22

The cloud work fine with the green dot flash but the commands don't work at house. When i work local all works fine.

Hi, I have the same problem, even though I have updated the software for Logic Machine, Alexa is still crashing. When I give a command to Alexa, it still replies "ok" but doesn't execute the command in the Logic Machine. Please guide more, thanks

Do you have "Status: connection OK" in the LM cloud app? Any errors in the LM cloud logs?

Yes, on cloud app LM sent me this code:
2023.05.04 04:00:19 error: previous connection failed - Lookup error., code 15
2023.05.03 18:26:52 error: disconnected - Unknown reason, code 19
How can I look up this code to find out where the error is

Lookup error means that DNS cannot be reached. Go to System config > Status > Network utilities and run Ping to remote.logicmachine.net
Post what you get there.

Try rebooting LM and see if cloud gets connected.
