Hello.
Can you write how Temporary access application works?
I entered all the data from the mail.
I also added mail so that he would give access, waited a few minutes, but did not come to the mail.
I tried the Yandex mail service and mail.ru.
I both sent me a letter that someone logged in with a username and password.
but nothing comes to the added postal address.

If mail would be correctly configured you would get test email. Check security setting on mail server
