UFH schedule script

Hello guys!
I need your help.
I need a schedule script that does the following:
At 15/10 if the house is at AWAY mode it will turn on the UFH.
At 15/3 if the house is at AWAY mode it will turn on the AC.
It doesnt work for me.

SCRIPT:

if value == 1 then

instead of value == 1.
