#1
LM 2024.04 release firmware is ready (previously marked as RC3).

Changes from 2024.02 RC2

- Fixed grp.create() not working unless json library was loaded beforehand
- Fixed ZeroTier config error when network connection type is set to DHCP
- Empty Custom values ({} or [] in JSON format) are now treated as no Custom values
- If Custom values are used in the Schedulers user UI, the first value is now selected when creating new events

Known issues

- Homekit application must be updated to the latest version via LM app store after the firmware upgrade.

Dear all,
I currently have an LM5 Rio set that needs to be reinstalled with the memory card. However, after installing the new card, the LM5 cannot boot up (only one power light is on - the main light flashes red continuously).
Hope to receive support to find the cause and how to handle it.
  Please help me this case!
  Thank so much!

Hallo zusammen,

@Burghardt Systems, please write in English. Can you provide remote access both via ISE and ZeroTier to LM so we can check what's wrong?

Hi @Daniel, I have updated the LM5 Lite firmware of a client of mine and I have lost the connection to the OpenVPN.

The LM is working correctly and I can access Mosaic via remote.logicmachine and everything seems to work fine, but the OpenVPN has stopped working.

Do you know if there is any problem with this new firmware version and openVPN.

Thanks

For OpenVPN connections I am using Mikrotik.

I have all LogicMachine connected by ovpn to my mikrotik.

I have upgraded it, but it has not resolved.

Any more hints on how I can resolve it,

Thanks

Try upgrading RouterOS to the latest version. You can also try Wireguard instead of OpenVPN. You need RouterOS 7 for this.

I have updated my mikrotik to the latest version, but it still does not connect.

Does LM have integrated Wireguard as well?

Thanks

Hey folks,

Since the latest update, Remote Service requests no longer work if the username:password combo is written in the URL. In this case, requests are being redirected (302) to the /login endpoint. This seems to have been a result of the new, cookie-based authentication introduced in the latest release.

Could you please help me get remote services working again with the username:password in the URL? Including an "Authorization: Basic" header solves this, but it will be difficult for me to update all existing code to include a header with the request.

Thank you.

@Sral1987, it will be published later this month

@manospsyx, basic auth still works but you have to explicitly send the header. We'll see if something can be implemented just for the Remote services but I cannot promise anything at the moment.
