Add image in the welcome page

Is it possible to add a jpg image in the highlighted area?

At this moment it's not possible to do this without modifying system files. Meaning that firmware upgrade will reset these changes.

Thank you Admin,
it would be perfect, a new client of mine would like to put their .jpg logo on that screen and I would like to make him happy.
I'm waiting for instructions...
