A temporary work-around via .lp script: https://forum.logicmachine.net/showthread.php?tid=3141&pid=20407#pid20407 Thanks, for now it works. RE: [RELEASE] LogicMachine firmware 2024.04 - cedricdw - 19.03.2025 I discovered that since the upgrade, all modbus mappings now have a precision of 0.2 at best, which effectively breaks any trends or live values with a higher precision then that such as power readings in kW or power factor. It's also really odd that this was forced on existing mappings? Could this please be fixed? Thanks! RE: [RELEASE] LogicMachine firmware 2024.04 - Daniel - 19.03.2025 Install Modbus profile app, you can lower it trough the app. You will need updated package too https://dl.openrb.com/pkg/genohm-scada-modbus_20240926_imx6.ipk https://dl.openrb.com/pkg/genohm-scada-modbus_20240926_imx6.sig RE: [RELEASE] LogicMachine firmware 2024.04 - Deltec_Jeff - 25.06.2025 Hi Team, I have some trouble on scene page, it will work after I do save the project file. When I do scene command it not work, or just activate one group address only, can i know what happen? RE: [RELEASE] LogicMachine firmware 2024.04 - Daniel - 25.06.2025 Please share configuration of your scene. Could you provide the package again please? I can't find the Modbus profile App in the store, where to find it? Thanks. I'd need to update to Schneider SpaceLynk and connect to Schneider Cloud to get it up and running. That beeing said, we only use LogicMachines now since the cloud wasn't satisfying with FellerLynk. Long Story Short, if the Hardware is fellerLYnk(i.MX6) can i upgrade the Firmware to 2024.04 and have the benefits of a LogicMachine? Or is there some Hardware ID "magic" that would deny access to LM-Cloud? Thanks for your help, ypur work is highly appreceated! Cheers RE: [RELEASE] LogicMachine firmware 2024.04 - Daniel - 08.07.2025 This will not work, there is hardware protection. RE: [RELEASE] LogicMachine firmware 2024.04 - jselis - 08.12.2025 Hi, I have a LogicMachine5 (Lite) and a CAN-R4-LoRa purchased years ago. Not using LoRa (it was a kind of end-of-year sales action at the time), but using the "R4" part. Suddenly now it doesn't work anymore. Messages are still sent to the device (at least when looking at the CANX monitor tab in LM5), but device doesn't react anymore. The hardware buttons to flip the relays on the CAN-R4-LoRa device are working: the lights go on and off. 24V supply is ok. But in LM5, CANX app, the device cannot be reached. Programming button works (at least: the LED lights up when pushing it). But even when prog button is on, can't see any device in the LM5 CANX app that has prog button on. Have tried to disconnect and reconnect 24V power supply, have checked physical connection to CANX port, have done a long push on the prog button (after which some 'click' sounds could be heard in the device). Nothing helps. It was working fine during years. I did very recently do an update of the firmware in the LM5 (before that it was using the original firmware, years old), because I was experimenting with connecting energy meter Carlo Gavazzi to my LM5 (which works!). It is now this: HW: LM5 Lite + Ext (i.MX6) SW: 20240426 Could it be that I need to flash also the firmware of the CAN-R4-LoRa? (I don't have any other CANX device, can't compare to other CANX devices). However I seem to have a EX1CANLRv10 (see attached photo), while only firmware for EX1CANLRv11 and EX1CANLRv21 is available on the website. Is my device broken and do I need to purchase a new one? Or is it worth trying to flash new firmware, and what firmware should I use then? Thanks! As to firmware, my serial number did not correspond to any of the mentioned ones on https://kb.logicmachine.net/canx/flashing/. However, since you suggested to upgrade firmware, I tried anyway assuming it must be an STM32 device (since quite old). ** Now it works again!! ** Detailed instructions for others that may experience the same problem: I have a Macbook M1, so I downloaded the Mac ARM version of the STM32CubeProgrammer. I disconnected the R4 device from the electrical panel, took it out on my desk, connected the R4 device via an old micro-USB to USB-A cable I still had to my Macbook via an USB-A to USB-C adapter (while keeping prog button pressed). Confirmed that the device can connect to my computer. Then in STM32CubeProgrammer had to select USB in the drop-down on the right where default value was ST-LINK. When I clicked Connect, the program crashed :-(. But I opened the program again, and now the USB connection was established. I clicked on the first tab (Device memory) and selected Read all. This worked and I could see the content of the memory, confirming for me that it must be indeed an STM32 device. I could also select in that same button-list on the right "Compare memory with file" and select the firmware file that I downloaded from the logicmachine website (stm32-can-r4-lora_20231130.bin). This showed enough correspondence that it gave me confidence it was a compatible firmware. Then I selected, as per the instructions, address 0x8000000 (the only option visible). This showed a pop-up error saying 'Address out of range' (or similar). But nevertheless it accepted the address. I could then select 'Download' and in less than 1 or 2 seconds the download finished succesfully. In LM5 in the application CanX, I opened the tab 'Line scan'. Previously this showed nothing. But now immediately a device appeared on line 0, address 1. Further I went to the CanX app in LM5, tab Devices, clicked on the device (that the LM5 had always kept in its memory), clicked "Save and configure" which opens a bigger pop-up, and clicked "Save and write to device". This worked. I tested functionality and everything worked again. |
