as I remember there were 1 fw in 2020 or 2021, wich could not be upgraded via web interface, and we need to refalsh sd card completly.. may be it is thes problem?

There was never case like this. This user is from Turkey and there is dedicated LM for this market which cannot use regular firmware. I think this is one of them.

Hm, this is regular LM. Something is not right here. Make a backup and use the recovery image to upgrade fw and restore backup.
