Cloud API - Bitver - 26.12.2017

Hi

Can I use this http://openrb.com/docs/remote-new.htm with cloud? And to do it?

RE: Cloud API - Erwin van der Zwart - 26.12.2017

Hi,

Define ‘cloud’ as it can mean so many things..

You probably mean something like IFTTT..

See: https://forum.logicmachine.net/showthread.php?tid=86&pid=371#pid371

Here we use the remote services (Note: this sample uses old version RS) to IFTTT cloud services.

BR,

Erwin

RE: Cloud API - Thomas - 27.12.2017

Hi
I think the question was: Is it possible to use remote services through LM cloud?
Like
https://myUserName:myPasswd@cloud.logicmachine.net/scada-remote?m=rss&r=alerts
instead of direct access.
Is it possible?

IFTTT is exactly what I want to use =) I mean "cloud" is yours (http://cloud.logicmachine.net/). Is it possible?

Hi
No, any reason for this?

It is quite simple reason, since this was written on the forum: 1. LogicMachine can be located in LAN with local IP, no public IP is required, no VPNs, no NATs is required on routers.
So, it becomes very easy to connect 3d party software (ofc Not only IFTTT) with logic machine functions using internet.
