You need to forward UDP port 3671 on your router and use NAT mode in ETS. But from a security point of view it's much better to use VPN.

thanks for the answer .i have a problem with telegram. some times send a local telegram my homelynk on it's own as a result to start a/c ,open some lights
have you any ideas why? in the source address write local

It can't send on its own. Disable all your scripts, sync, reboot and check again. Also check scheduler.
