Samsung TV IP Control - rocfusion - 15.03.2018
Hi,
Are there any updated scripts for controlling Samsung TV's over IP? From what I have seen online it should be possible to power on an Samsung TV over IP. This should be achieved by by sending a WOL packet. Has anyone tried this?

No and most manufacturers do not publish documentation for their protocols. And protocol can be different for each model. Wake-on-lan might not turn the TV on, but only activate network interface which then can be used to send specific commands.
