KNX programming issues - Captain Slow - 28.03.2018
I have a Reactor V3 which was installed on a test bed about a year ago and has been and has been functioning as part of the that system fine.
I decided to complete some changes to my KNX program when I downloaded them via ETS I received a error "State must be open wait""not open idle"
Logging onto the logic machines web interface has been intermittent at best ,
When I get on the System page a pop up keeps appearing "Device not responding" while this is up the drop down menus don't work
the pop disappears after a few minutes
Any suggestions would be appreciated

Maybe you have an IP conflict in the network?
