Iphone 6S and Safari Visualisation - Domoticatorino - 11.04.2018

Hi,
a customer of mine has an Iphone 6S and using Safari browser no command is sent on bus.

It is not a problem of user because with the same I can by Android.

What do you suggest?

Which firmware version are you running and are your using HTTPS?

I also saw such situation on Safari with Mosaic + HTTPS.

Firmware is 20170620 and I use https.

Hi
Apple is blocking websocket connection via https when self signed certificate is used.
Locally use http and remotely use our cloud and https this will work fine.

with cloud service, do I have to use mosaic or I can connect as https standard?

If you want to use https then use mosaic cloud.
