Hi,
How to recover apps default password ( apps or blank field) if the customer doesn't remember his user apps password ?

Hi,

Under the user access tab you can double click the user and re-enter a password for the user.

If you lose the admin password you need to reset to factory defaults and load your most recent backup.

So be sure to always write down your admin password somewhere on your engineering computer.
