In Amati-linea, which type of bass speakers should be connected? Active or Passive?
Also, any specific recommendations for the same.

Subwoofer output is line level, so you need an active sub. It should also have a configurable frequency limiter so you can blend it correctly with main speakers (around 50Hz).
