Hi,
in the event-based script editor (or maybe in the resident script editor), you can have sometime a "run" button" I(who can be really useful) aside the "save" button... and sometime not...
in which condition this "run" button is available ?

It should be visible for all event scripts. The button is disabled when the script is disabled. It's possible that there's a bug if the button is missing, in this case you need to provide steps to reproduce this issue.
