How can I prepare the fixed background?

To be able to make fixed background (parallax effect) you need to enable vertical scrolling (Usermode view = Center horizontally, auto-size width) in Utilities -> Vis.Configuration
Then enable Fixed Primary Background feature for specific Plan (in Vis.structure).
