When using this guide for setting up Open VPN

Everything works fine and i reach the LM from the VPN, use it for ETS programming and so on.
The problem is that I cant reach the LM from local network any more.
Any ideas?

you have to add static route in your routing table to be able to connect to local device if VPN is up and running. Please read more here.
