Hello,
I have a problem (maybe a script) on a SL of a customer.
I can access to the visualisation, but not to the admin part (it take time like inaccessible website...). I can view all module like touch, bacnet, alarm... vis work great, trend stored...Here the process (sometimes the 101 sciprt take cpu, but not so much (70%).
The problem is that the SL is far away ! How to restart it without access to scada-main (also flashsys is anavailable), neither access to the script (throug the process table)

Try clearing browser cache..

Iuse to do this after update, but didn't think about it in this case... it was working like charm 2 days ago...
