Hello is there any way how to control blinds by Alexa? UP/DOWN not power state like ON/OFF...
Why there is not predefined skill for the blinds?

This is question to Alexa/Amazon not us. They have to first create it then we can integrate.
They have the custom commands where you can say what you want, try this. It is called Alexa Routines.
