Does anyone have experience with connecting the somfy Commexoon IO to the LM or W4K.

Have a look at a similar integration of other API that also uses OAuth: https://forum.logicmachine.net/showthread.php?tid=2914&pid=18817#pid18817
OAuth integration is a bit tricky because it is usually meant for apps with user interaction and not for a fully automated system.
