Logic Machine Ambient not taken upgraded img file - Rajesh - 24.02.2021
We are attempting to flash firmware in LM Ambient, but whenever we try to flash the firmware an error shows up saying invalid file. Can you please share new firmware file with us. The fimware we tried to upload were.
1) lmwall-20200720
2)lmwall-20170620

Which hardware model exactly do you have? Which recovery image have you used?

Can you find serial number? There should be a label on LAN port.

If your device does not start then most likely you need to replace the micro SD card. Use a new card up to 32GB, preferably industrial or high endurance.
Follow this guide and use recovery image for old CPU (i.MX28): https://kb.logicmachine.net/misc/reflash-lm-and-streaming-player/

Look for LogicMachine firmware version 2024.04 / LM Wall (Ambient)

I think the board that controls the LAN port is burned out. We tried powering the 24V input, but the board flickered once and then that was it.
We tried replacing the flash drive, but to no avail.
