Cannot access homeLYnk though network - mrKayne - 11.03.2021

Hi!

I have an older homeLYnk which I've had some trouble with. I replaced it at a customer, since it didn't save any updates i made.

I've now successfully flashed and updated it to latest firmware. By connecting directly to it through its RJ45 port, I can do whatever I want - it works perfectly.

But, whenever I try to connect it to my network, I loose all connectivity. I can't see it on the network nor access it through its ip. I've tried both DHCP and static IP, but no luck.

I'm running out of ideas. Anyone tried something similar or have any ideas?

Thanks!

Check if you don't have duplicated IP. Check if some IP settings is not wrong. Use browser in private mode.

Thanks for the reply!

I did check for duplicates. I've tried a few different IPs, including the standard 192.168.0.10.
I can't think of any IP settings which could be wrong. It didn't even show up, right after I had flashed and reinstalled the new firmware, but when trying to connect with my PC directly connected to it via ethernet, there is no problem - only when I try to connect it to my normal network setup...

Can you try from different PC/Mobile?

Do you see LED activity on the LAN port when you connect device to the network? Maybe there's some VLAN configured on the switch/router?
