LM Reactor V3 - table index is nil - George - 30.10.2021 Hello, When I connected to the Logicmachine this morning, I got the error “table index is nil”. I have no idea what I can do. Could anybody help me please? Thanks, George RE: LM Reactor V3 - table index is nil - admin - 01.11.2021 Can you provide more info on this? Do you know which firmware version it is? Does this happen when accessing apps or the main configuration interface? Can you access other parts directly, like System config: http://LM_IP/flashsys/ RE: LM Reactor V3 - table index is nil - George - 01.11.2021 (01.11.2021, 07:41)admin Wrote: Can you provide more info on this? It happens immediately when connecting to the main configuration interface. There is no authentication popup, and the error is shown immediately. uTasker error 404 : The requested file has not been found on the server. Please check that HTML files have been loaded correctly. Thanks. uT RE: LM Reactor V3 - table index is nil - admin - 01.11.2021 Try accessing different system parts directly: http://LM_IP/flashsys/ http://LM_IP/scada-vis/ http://LM_IP/scada-main/ Do you get the same error everywhere? A possible cause is micro SD card corruption so it should be replaced. Could you please tell me what firmware I need to download for een reactor 3? I’ll replace the card and do a restore, and how I can open a Reactor? Thanks. Is there a document describing how to open a reactor3 please? I have never done this before. I I should have clarified that. “If you dont have working flash card, send request to Embedded Systems team, we will send you archive of the image, unzip it and RESTORE to the new flash card” RE: LM Reactor V3 - table index is nil - admin - 01.11.2021 Follow this document https://openrb.com/reflash-logicmachine3-and-streaming-player-software/ and flash this image: http://dl.openrb.com/recovery.img.gz Then you can access LM via browser and flash the required firmware: https://dl.openrb.com/lm-21-mxs/reactorv3-20210806.img RE: LM Reactor V3 - table index is nil - George - 01.11.2021 Thanks. Do you have a manual on how to physically access the SD card please? RE: LM Reactor V3 - table index is nil - admin - 01.11.2021 Use a flat screwdriver to slightly open the tabs on the bottom of the enclosure (there are two tabs on both sides). Remove the housing bottom and take out the PCB. There will be a smaller CPU module (near the Ethernet connector) with a micro SD connector on the top.
