How can we integrate LM-Ambient with Cloud services (only those, which are available free on internet) ?

Can you be more specific about what you want to achieve?
There are so many services with a different approach ...
You can also check this post to connect with IFTTT so you have lot's of services
to use already.

All REST and MQTT (libs available here) based services are supported e.g. Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure/Power BI
