Unable to use Push Notification - Sumit - 05.01.2022

Hi All, 

We are unable to use push notification for both IOS and Android with new Logic Machine Cloud. I am able to login to the new cloud and even mosaic is working fine in Android but we are not getting IDs for the devices which are connected to the Logic Machine App via both cloud account or over IP address. Please help us out with this.

Make sure you are on the same network (locally) as LM and then in android/iOs app edit your LM and disable push notifications, save then enable it again and save. Make sure you use latest FW.
Refresh browser to see it in the app in LM.

Hi Daniel,

Thank you. It's working now after upgrading the firmware. I hope in future further firmware upgrade won't necessary if the LM is in clients place.

No we were doing this major change doe to new cloud and all services are moving there.
