I connected directly on the SL, it's ping but the webpage didn't open!

Tried, nothing happened
Light1 green plinking
Light2 green fixed

Few options:
1. Something got corrupted in system files. Try connecting with url to a specific page in LM like IP/scada-main
2. Check for duplicated IPs on the network.
3. Try enabling temporary mode, press and hold reset button for 10sec. LED will start flash red. IP will change to 192.168.0.10
