How can I make a script that resets all settings and uploaded things in LM if someone resets the password through the button?

Which settings and password? Do you mean changing admin password?

If you reset password via reset button procedure you actually performing factory reset so everything is deleted.

I tried, but only the password resets for me, the project remained.

Not possible, it is probably some cache in the browser
