Mosaic stopped working - zuuper - 16.01.2023

Hi,

When I added a few more widgets to some rooms, Mosaic suddenly stopped working. I also did an update on Mosaic to the latest version, so I don't know what caused what.
When I start Mosaic, it just spins, you never get into it.

I have uninstalled Mosaic and reinstalled. That didn't solve the problem. Need urgent help to solve it.

I have recorded the screen so you can see what happens. Sharing the clip via google photo here:

Check browser console (F12) for any errors. Spinner is shown when websocket is not connected.

If I press Mosaic - admin, then it works.
Tried opening console in google chrome, can't see anything there.

I have upgraded to the latest version. It's still the exact same error .. Sad

Hi,
It happens me too, I add icon and age as background to biggest.
Try to delate them.

Hi,

Is there any problem with mosaic cloud access?

On local network, external via port forward and on android app (Cloud) everything works fine, the problem occurs on web browser and iPhone app when trying to access mosaic via cloud.

In browser console switch to Network tab and check if there are any errors reported when connecting to wss://remote.logicmachine.net:8443/mqtt
