hi, please how to make iframe has the same size as parent windows

You can manually set the frame to have the same size as the plan (since the plan size is static anyway).
You might want to enable "Usermode auto-size upscaling" in Utilities > Vis. configuration and use "Center plans, enable auto-sizing" Usermode view.
