Which DALI power supply are using? See if you can control the ballast using broadcast command. Also check that the device is not DALI2.

integrated in the trilux light so i can't see it. I think it is DALI2. Is this not working?

At this moment CANx-DALI can only receive DALI2 frames from the bus. Full DALI2 support with addressing and control is not fully implemented yet.

Are you sure there is an integrated DALI psu in the trilux light? I have installed a lot of DALI lights, and I have never seen one with an integrated psu.
Measure the voltage of your DALI line just to be sure, it should be between 15 - 22 V DC.
