N. 4 MODBUS DEVICES ON A RTU - gdimaria - 15.09.2023 Hi, I have 4 modbus devices on RTU 1 (19600 , parity even). If I add a single device and map it (no matter if the first, second, etc.) I can read and write on its registers. if I have more than a single device mapped on the RTU, I can't write anymore... the cabling should be ok, any idea about the cause? Thanks Peppe RE: N. 4 MODBUS DEVICES ON A RTU - admin - 15.09.2023 Do you have GND connected between all devices? How many registers are mapped? What is the exact error that you are getting when writing? RE: N. 4 MODBUS DEVICES ON A RTU - gdimaria - 15.09.2023 Each device mapped about fifty registers. However I solved by lowering the speed to 9600. Thank you |
