N. 4 MODBUS DEVICES ON A RTU - gdimaria - 15.09.2023

Hi, I have 4 modbus devices on RTU 1 (19600 , parity even).

If I add a single device and map it (no matter if the first, second, etc.)  I can read and write on its registers.

if I have more than a single device mapped on the RTU, I can't write anymore...

the cabling should be ok, any idea about the cause?

Thanks

Peppe

Do you have GND connected between all devices? How many registers are mapped? What is the exact error that you are getting when writing?

Each device mapped about fifty registers.

However I solved by lowering the speed to 9600.

Thank you
