what is the best usb adapter for the second RS232 Port ?

Best adapter is no adapter because USB is not as reliable as on-board RS232 port
We recommend adapters with CP2102 chip. FTDI chips are also good but there are many counterfeit ones (especially on Ali/Amazon).
