Mosaic App Hang-Up Over VPN Connection - shinsuke imai - 14.08.2024 We are using 30 Logic Machines in various locations. The hardware and software versions of the Logic Machine are as follows: - HW: LM5 Lite + Ext (i.MX6) - SW: 20230612 Sometimes, we need to view scada-main remotely via VPN for troubleshooting. Usually, there are no problems, but occasionally, when accessing scada-main via a browser over VPN, a hang-up state occurs. When the hang-up starts, there is no response from the browser, and a state without any response occurs for 5 minutes. During this time, all home control cannot be performed. However, ping is successful. There are no logs related to this behavior, and there is no indication of a reboot. How can we fix this unstable behavior?
