Control problem over Vlan for Visualation - savaskorkmaz - 14.08.2024
Hello,
In one of the our project, LM has an Ip address like 10.20.9.xxx. nd we can control this LM from 10.20.9 ip block. Customer has another computer on 10.20.60.xxx ip block. They are saying they made neccessary firewall configuration. The can reach LM interface from 10.20.60.xxx but they can't control LM. They see visualation but there is no control. It looks websocket is not working.
What kind of arrangment they have to do in their firewall to solve this control problem.

Certain firewalls block websocket connections by default. Consult firewall documentation on how to allow websocket connections.
