[Close] Dali USB GW not recognized - mlaudren - 16.01.2017 Hi again, During my test I wanted to what kind of USB Gateway was supported by the LM. After plugged in the GW, I saw this in the logs: Quote:Jan 16 09:50:03 test_dev kern.info kernel: [ 1096.048490] usb 1-1: FTDI USB Serial Device converter now attached to ttyUSB0 But If I then go in the Dali tab, and put /dev/ttyUSB0 in port settings, and do a scan, no GW are discovered. I only see the gateways folder empty. I think the USB cable is from Clipsal but I cannot find the ref. It's connected to this PSU: DCDALCIP250-2 from clipsal. Don't know if I'm doing something wrong of if the GW is not supported. Edit: found the cable: http://www.clipsal.com/Trade/Products/ProductDetail?CatNo=DCCABKIT6 RE: Dali USB GW not recognized - admin - 16.01.2017 Dali plugin is for EMBS gateways and devices with built-in DALI, other devices are not supported. RE: Dali USB GW not recognized - mlaudren - 16.01.2017 Ok, thanks. |
