Hi to everyone,

We have different client that utilize the Lm5lite via cloud with the "old" app and via the web-site remote.logicmachine.net
The mosaic app work flawlessly in that scenario, but with the client account the trends and the schedulers give the "Error: scheduler load failed or access denied" when i try to open the relative tile.

The permission for this type of account are enabled via the user access menu where I entered their emails.
I already check if the permission on the user access menu are all enabled for this users and I try syncing multiple time the cloud.
I also try the same scenario with 2 difference  LM5 Lite with difference firmware (20240426 and 20230612) but I have the same error.


I don't have this problem using the logic machine account that "own" the cloud network where the LM5lite is registered.

My questions are:
Only the "principal" cloud acconut can access the trends and the schedulers or there is a way for visualize the trend and the schedulers on the "slave" account ?
Am I missing some type of settings ?

As long the user has the permissions selected then he will be able to see schedulers and trends in the cloud. Make sure to use latest cloud app. What does the logs in the LM cloud app says?

With the confirmation that every user can access to trends and schedulers if I give the right permissione I recheck everything.

The solution was simple and stupid at the same time.

Usually in the LM Cloud I press only "sync Configuration" for update the Mosaic visualization to the users.
In this case after user access modification to the trends and scheduers I need to press "Save Changes" too.

The cause is very simple but I attach a image for future reference, if anyone have the same problem.
