Mosaic in cloud - CristianAgata - 23.10.2024

Good morning team,
I'm having a problem with room rights in mosaic via cloud.
Locally with a browser on the PC everything works fine, in cloud it doesn't accept the settings and the user can see everything.
I checked the settings but everything seems ok. The user is not using admin credential.

Thanks for the backup. You are using admin cloud account for the user and for admin. Admin account is defined by email used in LM cloud app and you have the same email in LM cloud app and for the Mtteo user.

Hi Daniel,
Ok thanks. Just to clarify the situation. How should I proceed to register the cloud? 
Normally we have to register the customer to the cloud, paste the string, save and syncronize mosaic. 
If client needs restrictions, a second user with a different email than the registration one is needed. Is that right?

The user used in LM cloud app is admin and it has no restrictions. A user must be different cloud account.
