LSS100100 and dahua panel VTH5341 - Petervarga - 30.12.2024
Hello, has anyone any experience with LSS100100 and dahua panel VTH5341. If I connect from panel to LSS100100 via Google with IP adress I can´t see the Touch and Touch config icons. Can anyone help me? Thank you.

Check that you have enabled access to Touch in User access settings.

I tried to connect via google from my mobile and it worked, but i can not do it only from this panel. It worked before, but when I change sw on 3.0 in LSS100100 it not work.

Try clearing browser cache on the panel..

Try uninstalling all other apps but Touch. You should not use admin user for visualization. Create a separate user and set access rights accordingly.
