OpenVPN and ETS interface - msybilla - 27.01.2025 Hello guys I have a LM5 configured LM5 with openvpn server. I can access UI via port 80, but unable to use it as ETS interface. My openvpn nettwork has a private IP range - 10.0.0.0/16. It seems that both LM5 and my PC got IP's within that network. I've tried both NAT and without. TCP & UDP setting in ETS. I also checked firewall on my PC to openVPN client, TCP/UDP 3671 OK FTP seems to be working as well. I tried using zero tier, but the connection is very slow and I'm unable to download any device due to unstable connection error in ETS. I read somewhere that zero tier does not like 4G internet connection. Is there something i'm not seeing? RE: OpenVPN and ETS interface - admin - 28.01.2025 You can try using WireGuard instead of OpenVPN. You need the latest firmware and manually updated package: https://forum.logicmachine.net/showthread.php?tid=5393&pid=35350#pid35350 RE: OpenVPN and ETS interface - msybilla - 28.01.2025 (28.01.2025, 14:06)admin Wrote: You can try using WireGuard instead of OpenVPN. Have you somehow managed to download KNX via openvpn, or hasn't that been tested yet? If yes, could you provide config information? RE: OpenVPN and ETS interface - admin - 29.01.2025 Try adding mssfix 1400 to the ovpn configs for all clients (LM and your PC). Hello I have access to a network via openvpn, where I already see devices that respond to my ping, instead the REACTOR does not respond to my ping and is not reachable, do I have to configure something also in the openvpn client on the reactor? Isn't it visible directly being on the same network? Thank you very much RE: OpenVPN and ETS interface - admin - 28.03.2025 Check that Reactor has valid Gateway settings. And if you have full network access via VPN then why do you need to configure VPN on Reactor? I don't want to configure VPN on REACTOR the problem is that it is not visible on the VPN even having all the right parameters. RE: OpenVPN and ETS interface - admin - 28.03.2025 Explain your setup. As mentioned before check that Reactor has valid Gateway settings. RE: OpenVPN and ETS interface - Frank68 - 28.03.2025 (28.03.2025, 15:01)admin Wrote: Explain your setup. I have REACTOR Config IP 10.255.28.140 SN 255.255.255.240 GW 10.255.28.129 DNS 172.23.1.16 2 display panels with the same parameters except IP respond without problems, the 2 panels see the REACTOR, the problem is the external visibility from the VPN. thnak's RE: OpenVPN and ETS interface - admin - 28.03.2025 Maybe there's something wrong with the OpenVPN server setup. That's out of our support scope, check with the IT who setup the VPN |
