if I connect LM5 and pc on ports belonging to the same vlan it works, if I have to reach it from other ports or via forewall it is not reachable, vlan compatibility? are there limitations.

Inter-VLAN routing must be configured on your router or L3 switch. LM must have a valid gateway set to be able to send packets outside of its local network.
