LM5 and Starlink Connection Error - vmic - 09.09.2025
Hi!
I have a customer who changed the Starlink antenna. He is far away so I can't get there. The LM had static IP address and now he can't connect to the server. I connect remotely to his laptop and he connected the LM5 straight to his ethernet port but still I couldn't connect to it for some reason. I am sending you the captures from his network to see if you can help me. I don't know what the problem is , cause it seems both LM and laptop is at the same IP range. The LM had the IP 192.168.68.200

Is the LM connected to the laptops ethernet port? Or a switch/router?
