Mosaic o Visu - Elektrica - 12.10.2025
Hi, I have a problem.
If I use administrator credentials, I can open both Visu and Mosaic.
If I try to log in with user credentials when I open Mosaic or Visu, I don't see the work created.
On the Visu page, it says go to admin mode and create a plane to continue.
What should I do? The Logic is running SW firmware: 20240426, and I can't update it at the moment.
I installed Visu via IPK and created the display page.

To use Visu access rights you must have RC1 fw for full compatibility, it might work if you set full access in the permissions.
For Mosaic check if you have permissions, set it to full access just in case for now.
