LM5 Problem - afbezerra - 12.10.2025
Hello,
Suddenly, one of my LMs froze. I hard reset it, updated the firmware to lm5m3ex-20240426, and restored it with a backup I have. After that, when I try to access it, it always says "Invalid login and/or password.".

What kind of reset did you perform? Did you restore just project backup or also System config?

Factory Default (Press and hold for >10 sec and again press and hold for >10 sec – full reset of configuration to factory defaults).
After that I made a only a project backup.

Then the password should be restored to the default one if the reset was performed correctly. Project backup does not contain admin password.

After this, I load the restore file, To do that, It´s necessary to put the Password, and I put the correct password. When the LM goes live, i try to put the credentials User:admin and the password I have utilized to restore, and always apears "Invalid Login and/or password".
What I am doing wrong?

Admin password is not in the backup and it will not be restored. On the first login you will be forced to change password and this password is the current one.
