UIO16-V4 Power failure error - Ntn - 22.10.2025
The device loses its programming when power is lost and restored. It only controls normally when writing configuration. Is there a way to fix this or am I doing something wrong?

Looks like this device is damaged and it needs replacement, contact us via email.

This is the project that I came to fix, I don't know the equipment supplier. Is this error serious enough to send back to the company because I'm in Vietnam?
