Good day,
a customer is asking me if it's possible to make one page accessible (via URL for example) without logging in, maybe he wants to give it to his technician.
Is it possible?

No, there is option to disable password all together (highly not recommended). The best way forward is to create new user with restricted access just to this page, you still need user and password.
