Hi, I have an installation where i need to use mostly zigbee devices so i bought an rs232 gateway and a bunch of devices but i am having a few problems with some of them, i will pute them below
- wall outlet aqara h2: as long as i just read info from this device there is no problem but if I try to switch on or off the plug nothing happens but i get the correct status update. Is this a problem with the plug itself, or something else?
- window sensor aqara t1: i have linked group addresses to detect the open window. I can see the zigbee device updating once i open the window but it does not update the group address
- shutter actuator VIMAR 14594.0: It does not connect while having an open network. I believe it is not in the list of supported devices, can you add those?
- deviatore connesso VIMAR 14592.0: Same thing as the device above, can this be added to the supported devices?

Most likely they need a profile to be added. After pairing provide Device information for each device, this is needed for profile creation.
Some devices need installation code for pairing, check device manuals. There is option in the menu for this.
