LM5 cannot read objects via IP - Ceros2112 - 13.01.2026

Good day,

I don't know, maybe it's a stupid problem, but I have a LM5 and a KNX IP object, I can write via KNX ip (LM5 is in routing mode) and the telegram pass, so writing and communication works.

The problem is that LM5 doesn't seem to receive telegrams in multicast, I tried with ETS and all seems to work (I receive all the telegrams via multicast).

Any ideas?

Most likely a public IP range is used. LM only accepts private network ranges for security reasons.

Thanks, it was an issue due to wrong settings. Now's ok.
