Hi team,
My client using Apple phone, he can access cloud to do control and set timing but he cannot do add new event on scheduler.
Now he using Iphone 16Pro.

Are you using browser or LM home app? Have you tried adding events using a different device?

Yes, I use LM Home App.
I tried using other APPLE devices also having same issue. But I use Android can add, delete or change event.
