Compact Thermostat in VISU - Jarno - 18.03.2026

Hello everyone,

I am currently converting my visualization to VISU.
I noticed that you also have a compact mode for a thermostat.

However, I see that this only works in the plan view and not in the tile view, while the tile view would actually be very useful for this. A circle thermostat is very sensitive when scrolling through VISU on a phone or tablet.

Is there a solution for this, or another way to handle it?

Thanks in advance,

Jarno

Curently the only alternative is custom widget where you can design all yourself(spinner). We will look on some options.

This is also for the dimmable lighting (the sliders)

There is a high chance that while scrolling, you might turn on your lights

Unfortunately there's no bulletproof method of detecting whether a user wants to scroll or change a control value. Newly published beta version makes the circular slider active zone smaller so accidental changes should happen less often.
